Robert Lloyd "Bob" King, 57, Glencoe, MN, formerly of Breckenridge, MN died January 21, 2007 at Abbott Northwestern Hospital, Minneapolis, MN. His funeral will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2007 at 10:30 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Breckenridge. Fr. Kenneth Popp will be officiating. Visitation will be Friday, January 26, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM at Joseph Vertin & Sons Funeral Home, Breckenridge, MN. There will also be visitation on Saturday morning beginning at 9:00 AM until the time of the funeral at the funeral home.
Interment will be at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Breckenridge.

Robert Lloyd "Bob" King was born October 9, 1949 to Lloyd M. and Shirley (Anderson) King at St. Mary's Hospital in Wahpeton, ND. As a child he lived in Hankinson, ND and attended grade school at St. Francis Academy there. When Bob was in high school his family moved to Breckenridge, MN. He graduated from Breckenridge High School in 1967. Following graduation he moved to Minneapolis, MN, where he worked for the Honeywell Corporation. He then worked for the U. S. Army at Fort Drum, in Black River, NY. Bob returned to the Breckenridge/Wahpeton area and worked at 3M, Primewood and Burger King in Wahpeton. He was currently employed for Burger King in Glencoe, MN and living in Glencoe.
Bob enjoyed softball and bowling and loved playing the piano. He also enjoyed spending time with his many nephews, nieces and great nephews and nieces and his pet dog, Lady. He will be sadly missed.
