Patty Ann Muller, 50, of Foxhome, MN, died Sunday, June 10, 2007 at her residence in Foxhome. Pat's funeral will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at Foxhome Lutheran Church, Foxhome. Pastor John Andrews will officiate.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 12, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM at Joseph Vertin & Sons Funeral Home, Breckenridge, MN. There will also be visitation one hour prior to the funeral at the church. Interment will be at the Foxhome Cemetery, Foxhome, MN.

Pat is survived by: Her husband: Kenneth Muller, Foxhome, MN; Her 3 children: Sheila Rae Muller, Breckenridge, MN; Tracy Kenneth Muller, Foxhome, MN; Jennie Bernice Muller, Breckenridge, MN; Her 4 grandchildren: Jordan Muller, Kendra Muller, Caden McGough, Treyton Muller; Her mother: Shirley Willemssen, Foxhome, MN; Her sisters and brothers: Diane (Lester) Haugen, Fergus Falls, MN; Sherry (Glen) Mills, Barnesville, MN; Gayle (Bruce) Olson, Breckenridge, MN; Cindy DeFries (Rick Burhans), Breckenridge, MN; Dennis (Dana) DeFries, Breckenridge, MN; Gary (Paula) DeFries, Foxhome, MN; Connie (Jim) Deal, Doran, MN; Jeff (Kari) DeFries, Jamestown, ND; Jody (Mike) Hanson, Huntersville, North Carolina; Shawn (Dwight) Steele, Jamestown, ND; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by: Her daughter: JaCinda Kay Muller; Her sister: Shiralyn "Kate" Subish; Her father: Merlyn DeFries; Her step-father: Don Willemssen.

Patty was born April 22, 1957 in Breckenridge, MN, the fifth daughter born to Merlyn and Shirley (King) DeFries. She grew up in Foxhome, MN and married Kenneth Albert Muller on December 27, 1973 in Sisseton, SD. Following their wedding the couple lived in Lamar, CO and later in Greeley, CO while Ken worked road construction. In 1974 they returned to Foxhome, and Pat started working at Minn-Dak Farmers Co-op in 1975. She worked at Minn-Dak for 25 years. In 2000 she began working at WCCO Belting, where she worked until January, 2007.

Patty was a member of Foxhome Lutheran Church and was mayor of Foxhome from 1992 - 1997. She loved riding horses and camping with her family and friends, and especially spending time at their hobby farm near Mahnomen. Patty was a very caring person and well known in the Foxhome community for caring for those who needed help.
