The interment will be at St. Gall's Catholic Cemetery, Tintah.
Charles, known by his family and friends as Charlie, was born in Graceville, MN, on September 1, 1949, to John and Eleanor (Tucker) Glock. After graduating high school in Campbell, Charlie attended NDSSS for two years, taking classes in mechanics and agriculture. Following college, he went to work on the family farm which he grew up on, near Tintah. Farming was more than his chosen vocation; it defined him. Charlie loved all that comprised the farm; whether it was tinkering on the equipment, planting in the spring, or harvesting in the fall, it was all part of God's wonderful design, of which he was a steward.
Charlie was a loving caregiver as was evidenced by the years he took care of his mom, Eleanor and eventually his sister, Catherine. He was a quiet, unassuming man that was devoted to his family. Charlie loved to hunt and looked forward to playing cards, especially whist, with his friends and family.
Charlie will be missed by his brother, John Glock of Coon Rapids, MN; his nieces, Ann Weiss, Shawna Lasiuk, and Carmen (Dan) Brinkman; his nephews, Dan (Leisha) Klima and Mike (Monica Schwartz) Klima; and several great-nieces and nephews. Charlie is preceded in death by his parents, John and Eleanor; his two sisters, Catherine and Frances; a sister-in-law, Jan Glock; a nephew, Richard Lasiuk; and a great-nephew, Nathan Brinkman.
